Why can't sellers charge more than face value?
BibPass was founded by marathoners to stop predatory scalping. Our smart price ceiling rejects any listing above the official entry fee plus transfer fee. No $500 markups for sold-out races.
What happens if the seller never sends the transfer?
Sellers have an automatic 48-hour SLA to initiate the official transfer. If they do not act within 48 hours, the order is auto-cancelled and you receive an immediate 100% refund.
What is the difference between Verified Partner and Community bibs?
Verified Partner bibs transfer directly through organizer API integrations. Community bibs use the organizer's standard deferral/transfer portal. Both tiers are backed by our 100% Escrow Guarantee.
How do sellers get paid?
Payouts are powered by Stripe Connect Express. Funds land directly in your checking account 2 business days after the buyer confirms transfer completion.
Are race transfers legal?
